verATrix provides opposition-analysis software to football clubs. This policy explains what we store and why.

What we store

Account data: your name, work email address and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in readable form). Club workspace content: the reports, briefings, notes and settings your club creates. Football data: publicly available match, team and player statistics from licensed data providers. Audit records: a log of significant actions (logins, approvals, exports) kept for your club's own accountability.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data, run advertising or tracking cookies (the only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in), or share one club's workspace content with any other club.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest; integration credentials are additionally encrypted at the application level. Access is role-based and every workspace is isolated.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting your club administrator or tb@atypesourcing.com.
